Responsibilities

• Partner with VP Operations to provide financial planning, analysis, and decision support.
• Lead the annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning for Operations.
• Develop business cases for make-versus-buy, automation, capacity, and supplier changes; model ROI and cash flow.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast; communicate variances clearly to leadership.
• Support monthly and quarterly reviews with actionable insights and recommendations.
