Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Producer) for our Corporate Commercial Property & Casualty division. The hybrid role requires three days weekly in-office or with clients, driving new business and expanding a mid-sized P&C book across industries.

You will develop strategies, analyze market trends, and manage client relationships while collaborating with senior colleagues on complex accounts. Marsh offers base salary with incentives and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and client relationship management in Commercial Property & Casualty.
• P&C license or ability to obtain.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize market data and client needs into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop project plans and manage timelines.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and market trends.
• Ability to handle escalated issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a mid-sized book of P&C accounts across industries, contributing to sales for complex accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for managed accounts by understanding client needs and market trends.
• Conduct research to identify potential relationships, target new buyer hubs, and grow the book of business.
• Prepare analyses consolidating project and market data to develop competitive proposals.
• Create project plans, timelines, and deliver solutions to meet client expectations.
• Develop custom product solutions and pricing for new or existing accounts.
• Address escalated issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships and timelines.
• Engage with client organizations and nurture professional networks.
• Represent Marsh at industry events to build presence and stay connected to market trends.
