The Role

We are seeking a seasoned senior sales hunter to help us acquire new clients across North America, focusing on insurance funds. You will join a talented team of over 200 professionals across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, skilled at building long-term relationships, and confident engaging with C-level and senior executives. A strong understanding of the capital markets landscape is essential to develop and execute regional sales strategies. Due to the demanding nature of our clients, excellent negotiation skills and experience closing large enterprise deals are required.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a territory of North American insurance funds, sourcing and winning new opportunities.
  • Create account plans, perform organization mappings, and implement sales strategies aligned with Duco’s objectives.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts, maintaining a pipeline 4-5 times your sales target.
  • Manage and update your sales pipeline and MEDDPICC information using Salesforce and other tools.
  • Forecast opportunities accurately within your territory.
  • Propose new strategies to prospect and close sales.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other teams to scope opportunities, complete RFI/RFPs, conduct POCs/POVs, and deliver solutions.
Candidate Profile
  • 7+ years in technology sales, primarily within capital markets or financial services technology.
  • Proven success in solutions selling to complex organizations.
  • Understanding of the retirement and pension fund landscape, including key technology and operations vendors.
  • Expertise in sales pipeline management, opportunity management, and closing using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong listening, stakeholder influence, and internal/external alignment skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have
  • 2+ years in enterprise sales.
  • Strong network within financial services, especially at senior/executive levels.
  • Subject matter expertise in middle and back-office functions and use cases.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial market regulations.
Benefits
  • Base salary between $140,000 and $180,000, based on experience.
  • Generous variable compensation with accelerators and uncapped upside (OTE of 1.8-2x base).
