Position: Senior Sales Executive

ECI is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to support the sales of Deacom ERP Software to small and medium-sized businesses.

The Senior Sales Executive will prospect, demo, negotiate, and close ERP sales with new customers, focusing on customer acquisition. Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales Management to execute marketing and sales plans to achieve personal and corporate targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell products and services to new prospects.
  • Conduct demonstrations, pricing reviews, and consultative discussions with decision-makers to educate on product features and benefits.
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and activities using Salesforce.com.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone or email.
  • Support the implementation of marketing plans.
  • Achieve monthly revenue quotas by managing leads from various campaigns.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve issues between new customers and ECI departments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • 8-10 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Territory management and account planning experience required.
  • Strong presentation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with enterprise ERP solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience in SMB batch and process manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals.
