Position Overview: The Senior Sales Executive will prospect, demo, negotiate, and close ERP sales with new customers, focusing on new customer acquisition for Deacom Essentials ERP Software. The role involves working closely with Sales Management to implement marketing and sales strategies to meet personal and corporate objectives.

This position is open to remote employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell products and services to new prospects.
  • Conduct demos, pricing discussions, and consultative meetings with business owners and decision-makers to highlight product benefits.
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and activities using Salesforce.com.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone or email.
  • Support the implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Achieve monthly revenue quotas by managing leads from marketing campaigns and webinars.
  • Facilitate communication and problem resolution between new customers and ECI departments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Territory management and account planning experience required.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Experience with Enterprise ERP Software solutions highly desired.
  • Experience in SMB Batch and Process Manufacturing sales is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
