Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting, demoing, negotiating, and closing ERP sales with new customers. This role focuses on new customer acquisition for Deacom Essentials ERP Software. Responsibilities include working closely with Sales Management to implement marketing and sales plans to meet personal and corporate goals.

This position is open to remote employees.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for selling products and services to new prospects.
  2. Conduct demonstrations, pricing reviews, and consultative discussions with business owners and decision-makers to educate prospects on product features and benefits.
  3. Use Salesforce.com to manage leads, opportunities, and activities.
  4. Respond to sales and service inquiries via phone or email.
  5. Assist in implementing company marketing plans as needed.
  6. Consistently achieve monthly revenue quotas by managing leads from marketing, webinars, and campaigns.
  7. Facilitate communication and problem resolution between new customers and other ECI departments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  1. Minimum 8 years of sales experience preferred.
  2. Territory management and account planning experience required.
  3. Strong presentation and closing skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  7. Excellent customer service skills.
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  10. Team player.
  11. Experience with Enterprise ERP Software solutions is highly desired.
  12. Experience in SMB Batch and Process Manufacturing is a plus.
  13. Proven ability to meet sales goals.
