You will drive design‑ins, manage key customer relationships, and position Silergy as a trusted partner for next‑generation compute, AI, and data center infrastructure. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution: developing account plans, managing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven success securing design-ins and design wins with Data Center customers in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans for Data Center customers on the U.S. West Coast.
• Drive design-in activities and secure design wins for power management and analog solutions.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the pipeline.
• Lead commercial engagements including pricing, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with field applications engineering, product marketing, and management.
• Monitor market trends in high-performance compute and AI infrastructure.
