Job summary

Genetec, a global Canadian company, is seeking a Sales Engineer to be the technical partner to our regional Sales organization in the United States. You will work with Sales Managers, Field Project Engineers, Pre-Sales Engineers, and the wider Sales Network to position Genetec’s solutions and ensure customer success.

You will develop deep product knowledge, tailor solutions to customer needs, demonstrate capabilities, and travel about 40% to engage with customers and partners across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles within a tech environment.
• Security industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into tailored solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and presentations.
• Define and map optimal solutions to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to support proposals.
• Travel up to 40% to engage customers and partners.
