Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Power Distribution and Switchgear in Houston, TX. You will drive major project opportunities and cultivate relationships with electrical contractors, EPCs, distributors, and end users.

The role focuses on selling MV/LV switchgear, switchboards, and engineered electrical systems. Strong technical and negotiation skills are essential for multi-million-dollar deals.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• 5+ years selling medium- or low-voltage electrical distribution equipment.
• Existing relationships with electrical contractors, EPC firms, consulting engineers, or end users.
• Ability to assemble and present complex project proposals and negotiate multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Strong technical aptitude combined with relationship-building and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with electrical contractors, EPC firms, consulting engineers, distributors, and end users in Houston.
• Drive sales of MV/LV switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, and engineered electrical systems.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue large project opportunities from design through procurement.
• Build project quotations and complete equipment packages to meet customer needs.
• Lead commercial negotiations while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Partner with engineering, estimating, and operations teams for seamless execution after award.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast future business.
