Grundfos is seeking a Lead Sales Engineer, Water Utility for the mining sector in the Western US. You will lead strategic account plans for mining clients, promote Grundfos dewatering and water-transfer solutions, and drive revenue growth through technical leadership and effective stakeholder engagement.

The role requires deep mining/industrial market experience, strong relationship-building with senior customers, and willingness to travel regionally to mine sites and partner locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales, business development, or technical sales in mining or related markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; in lieu of degree 8+ years experience considered.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Western US and work at mine sites, distributor locations, and customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for mining accounts in Nevada, Arizona, and the Western US.
• Provide technical sales leadership for mine dewatering applications and related water-transfer solutions.
• Engage customers early in projects to influence equipment specifications with demonstrated value.
• Coordinate with distributors, contractors, and internal teams for a unified solution.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and contribute to growth plans.
