Job summary

ACF, Inc. in Florida is seeking a sales professional to promote air compressor products to engineering firms and plant personnel, developing proposals and system layouts to meet customer needs.

You will conduct air system surveys, build dealer networks, manage ongoing accounts, and ensure timely deliveries, with emphasis on strong technical and communication skills. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years of industrial sales experience.
• Must be able to operate a forklift (certification required).
• Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales proposals of air compressor products for customers and present proposals to plant engineers, maintenance personnel, purchasing agents, and company executives.
• Research and evaluate customer application to properly size and develop a system layout meeting customer needs.
• Conduct air system surveys to aid understanding and provide engineered solutions.
• Establish and maintain a sub-dealer network within geographic territory and train dealers.
• Follow up on sales leads, make cold calls, and close sales.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and regulations affecting target markets.
• Coordinate deliveries and provide PMU and customer PO to Sales Coordinator for order processing.
