Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team in a highly collaborative, technology-driven environment. You will own product strategy for new business acquisition, working with senior engineers and CTOs to ensure the right fit solution and drive ambitious growth targets.

This onsite role requires relocation or commuting to South Burlington, VT or Cary, NC, up to 20% travel, and a bachelor’s in a technical field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or engineering experience in tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Travel up to 20%; U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for high-value engagements.
• Understand customer tech stack to design optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to qualify strategic alignments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations.
• Provide customer voice to product teams.
• Engage engineering teams for regulatory, electrical, mechanical, software needs.
• Present product proposals with technical integrity.
