Job summary

Spectrio, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Sales Engineer II to act as a senior technical sales professional. You will design, present, and deliver integrated digital signage and 70V audio solutions to meet client needs, leading technical discovery and ensuring successful delivery.

The role requires deep product knowledge, client-facing influence, and the ability to mentor Sales Engineer I teammates while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• 4 to 6 years of industry sales engineering experience.
• Advanced expertise in designing, integrating, and troubleshooting Digital Signage and 70 volt Audio Systems.
• Proficiency with CRM, collaboration, and productivity tools (Salesforce and NetSuite preferred).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and qualify complex opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop solution strategies
• Design advanced, customized Digital Signage and 70V Audio System solutions.
• Lead technical aspects of proposal development, including RFP responses and SOWs.
• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts and mentor junior team members.
