Spire Integrated Systems Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to support our growing sales team in Troy, MI. This role bridges client needs with technical execution, enabling faster sales cycles and accurate project scoping and budgeting.

The ideal candidate will be customer-facing and technically proficient, capable of quickly developing preliminary system designs, budgets, and documentation to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn systems and tools quickly.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-facing mindset.
• Experience in sales engineering, system design, AV integration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Team to drive new opportunities forward.
• Participate in client meetings to assess needs and provide technical insight.
• Develop initial BOM and SOW for proposed solutions.
• Generate preliminary project budgets using internal tools.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams for project handoff and refinement.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Support standardization of sales engineering processes and tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spire’s products, services, and technical capabilities.
