Job summary

PTG is seeking an Innovation Sales Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of the sales team, turning client conversations into buildable, profitable digital signage solutions. This role pairs deep signage expertise with the ability to translate capability into client value on live sales calls.

The Sales Engineer partners with sales reps on new business and existing accounts, scopes quotes, trains the team, and ensures every PTG proposal is technically sound and commercially competitive.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales engineering or pre-sales in AV/tech.
• Ability to design scalable digital signage solutions.
• Experience quoting and scoping deployments from single-site to enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales on client calls, discovery, and presentations.
• Lead consultative discovery translating requirements into scalable signage solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations for PTG hardware, software, and vendor solutions.
• Support RFP/RFQ responses with technical narratives and BOMs.
• Design pilot programs and measure success metrics for rollouts.
