Job summary

Trimble seeks a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to shape the foundational sales learning architecture for a global technology leader. You will mentor teams and design training that accelerates performance across AECO sectors.

You will partner with leadership to translate complex products into practical modules, oversee global programs, and drive innovative learning strategies while ensuring quality across all initiatives.

Qualifications

• Designing corporate training programs or enterprise curricula, ideally in technology or software sales enablement.
• Proven track record of building large-scale training programs from onboarding to advanced development.
• Strong experience partnering with executive leadership to align learning initiatives with business outcomes.
• Practical experience with LMS platforms and training performance analytics.
• Background in instructional design, learning technology, or related discipline.

• Partner with senior leadership, product experts, and strategy teams to translate complex technical concepts and market data into actionable training modules.
• Head cross-functional project squads to launch major enablement initiatives aligned with company growth goals and product launches.
• Drive innovation and maintain quality standards across global learning programs using modern adult learning principles.
• Mentor program managers and content specialists while managing a centralized digital learning repository.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience designing corporate training programs or enterprise curricula, ideally within technology or software sales enablement.
• Proven track record of building large-scale training programs from new-hire onboarding to advanced skill development.
• Strong expertise collaborating with executive leadership to align learning initiatives with business outcomes.
• Practical experience with modern learning management systems, content platforms, and training performance analytics.
• Background in instructional design, education, learning technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Seismic or Docebo.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects within a global, matrixed organization.

Logistics:

• Location: Lake Oswego, OR; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; or other Trimble office locations (4 days in office - 1 day from home)
• Travel Requirement: 10%

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range:
