Step into a high-impact role as a project manager for the Office of Technology Innovation (OTI) at our corporate headquarters. In this role, you will support and coordinate a diverse portfolio of innovation programs, cross‑company initiatives, and OTI projects, spanning emerging technologies, data‑driven efforts, innovation events, and internal engagement. You will also support internal communications and knowledge sharing across the organization.
You will combine strong project management and organizational skills with an AI‑first mindset, actively using automation and modern tools to improve how work gets planned, tracked, reported, and delivered, helping bring our most strategic innovation efforts to life more effectively and at scale.

In this role, you will be a key enabler of innovation within the OTI, helping shape how global technology initiatives, programs, and research efforts are executed and scaled. You won’t just track projects; you will actively transform how OTI operates by applying an AI‑first approach to project management, operations, and internal engagement. As a trusted partner to OTI leadership, you will influence how innovation programs, data‑driven initiatives, and emerging technology efforts are planned, executed, and communicated.

Our Westminster, Colorado office nurtures collaboration with in‑person interactions and flexibility. We expect you to be in the office at least four days a week while balancing hybrid flexibility with your manager.
Our Westminster, Colorado office is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountain region, with a campus that is a hub of innovation with over 800 employees. As the only member of the OTI team based at headquarters, you will be our "voice on the ground," serving as the essential point person for local event coordination and technological advancements. Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full‑time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
