Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Management, Project Management, Sales Enablement or Chief of Staff in financial services.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across functions in a matrixed environment.
• Self-motivated, agile, with strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with concise conclusions.
• Experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting for projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; design-focused attention.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM systems.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on national projects and initiatives aligned to commercial banking goals.
• Prepare and present reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze employee submissions to determine scoping and trends.
• Triagesubmissions and facilitates data-driven discussions to identify solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of client and employee experiences through case submissions.
• Develop relationships with global/regional partners to execute resolutions.
• Contribute to communication plans highlighting opportunities and wins.
• Maintain relationships within Global Banking and with internal partners.
