Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience in lieu of education accepted.
• 13+ years of enterprise sales, relationship management, and account management experience.
• Proven experience originating and qualifying leads via cold-calling, networking, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Experience selling consulting, AI-led transformation, BPM, outsourcing, managed services, or outcome-based business solutions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage C-suite executives, develop business cases, and align solutions to client priorities.
• Ability to lead opportunities through the full sales cycle in a fast-paced sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, develop, and close opportunities to provide consulting and AI-led transformation solutions.
• Build and execute account plans to accelerate revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
• Grow net-new business and enterprise account pipeline across Professional & Business Services sector.
• Collaborate with solution teams to develop differentiated value propositions in AI, automation, BPM, and digital transformation.
