Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive large‑scale transformation and service delivery programs, establishing integrated delivery and governance models for global clients.

You will lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, including greenfield implementations, bridging business strategy, technology, and execution to ensure measurable outcomes and sustained value. AI‑enabled programs experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 22+ years of relevant experience with majority in Information Technology programs.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in managing large complex programs in any one of the industry verticals.
• Experience of managing senior stakeholders and complex eco system including external partners.
• Excellent team management abilities.
• Effective communication and team leader.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate to the area.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a detailed program management plan with sign‑offs from sponsors.
• Identify new clients and opportunities and contribute to proposals and RFPs with Sales.
• Deliver complex programs by collaborating with consulting teams to achieve transformation goals.
• Coordinate scope documents and secure stakeholder sign‑offs.
• Create and manage a master schedule with milestones and dependencies.
• Manage change requests with impact analysis and change control documentation.
• Establish risk tracking mechanisms and mitigation plans.
• Monitor contract parameters and ensure program dependencies are managed.
• Manage FTE requirements and onboarding, and foster team development through coaching.
• Participate in cross‑unit initiatives and support continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and contribute to publications.
