Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL Goleta is seeking a Sr. Applications Engineer to partner with customers and sales teams from design to after-sales service, ensuring customer needs align with company goals.

The role requires applying UF/RO/NF simulations, managing projects, delivering training, and tracking performance across installations in the Americas. Travel ~30% domestically, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in plant operation, construction, engineering services, and/or membrane technology.
• Technical field experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects through design, construction, installation, commissioning, pilot trials and operation.
• Perform UF/RO/NF performance simulations to evaluate product capabilities and optimize designs.
• Provide technical support to sales and train customers through webinars and workshops.
• Lead, coordinate, and document high-value projects and prepare technical documents.
• Plan and participate in field assignments, coordinate external service providers, and train internal teams.
