Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Sr Sales Compensation Analyst (Finance) to own the end-to-end compensation process for the global sales organization, including data sourcing, processing, and reporting commissions.

This role partners with Sales, Sales Ops, HR, Finance, and Payroll to ensure accuracy and timely payouts. We require advanced SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills, plus experience with Varicent, Xactly, or Anaplan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years implementing and managing complex compensation programs.
• Experience with incentive systems and financial data analysis.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end global commission processing and payout operations.
• Collaborate with Compensation and Sales Ops teams to resolve issues.
• Administer and support the Sales Incentive Compensation System (Varicent preferred).
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and auditing for payout accuracy.
• Address inquiries and maintain data integrity across compensation processes.
• Drive data quality and automation in the processing chain.
