Zones IT Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with deep expertise in sales compensation analytics. The role combines financial modeling, data analysis, and program administration to govern monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive programs.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights and influence decisions across Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and leadership. The position is hybrid (in office 2 days a week) with responsibilities for building models,

Qualifications

8+ years in financial analysis or sales compensation analytics.
Experience supporting complex sales compensation programs across regions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation plan analysis, modeling, and governance reviews for senior leadership.
Develop financial and scenario models to forecast incentive expense.
Create dashboards and reports showing payout trends and variances.
Validate data, reconcile outputs, and maintain controls for commissions and bonuses.
Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Legal to design and implement plans.
Produce analyses to monitor performance and identify trends.
