Job Overview
The Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation plays a key role in the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of sales compensation programs. As a subject matter expert, this position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of commission processes, system administration, and reporting. The analyst will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to support business objectives, provide performance insights, and uphold compensation integrity.
This role requires a strong analytical background, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and troubleshoot complex data and system workflows. The Senior Analyst will contribute to plan design, maintain sales compensation tools, and serve as a trusted resource for sales teams and leadership.
This is a high-impact position that contributes directly to the performance and motivation of the sales organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen to ensure sales compensation programs are effectively executed, compliant, and aligned with corporate objectives.This position is remote, but will be working EST hours.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
The salary range for this position is between $100,000-115,000 per year with a 10% bonus, depending on experience and location
