Cyera is seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to join the Sales Compensation team in New York. You will administer, validate, and report on complex compensation programs across a growing revenue organization.
This role requires hands-on CaptivateIQ experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple plans and stakeholders. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Payroll, RevOps, HR, and leadership to drive accuracy and process improvements.
This person should be comfortable owning a portfolio of compensation plans while also supporting broader team initiatives, including reporting, controls, documentation, process improvement, and CaptivateIQ optimizationThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in administering complex compensation plans within CaptivateIQThey are proactive, organized, and comfortable working with sensitive compensation dataThey can balance recurring operational responsibilities with ad hoc requests, investigations, and cross-functional supportStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data validationAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, especially during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles5+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, revenue operations, sales operations, payroll, or a related analytical roleExperience administering compensation plans, validating payouts, building compensation logic, and researching commission-related inquiriesExperience working with large data sets and performing detailed reconciliations3+ years of hands-on CaptivateIQ experience is requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills including drafting compensation plan documentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to explain compensation calculations and policies clearly to non-technical audiencesComfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Payroll, RevOps, HR, and leadershipExperience with Salesforce or other CRM systemsFamiliarity with SaaS sales compensation plans, including AE, SDR/BDR, SE, Channel, Overlay, and leadership plansExperience supporting MBOs, SPIFFs, one-off incentive plans, or special compensation programsExperience with reporting or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platformsPrior experience improving or optimizing compensation processes within CaptivateIQBasic SQL knowledge or experience querying data is a plus
