Job summary

Prada Group in New York is seeking a Senior Sales Audit Analyst to lead daily sales reviews, reconcile POS with payments, and ensure accurate accounts receivable processing. Direct report to the Director of Accounts Receivable with cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Business/Finance, 3+ years in finance with retail, and strong analytical and communication skills. SAP S/4 experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 3+ years in finance roles with retail or sales operations.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review daily sales transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile POS sales with cash and card settlements.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate fraud indicators.
• Analyze sales data and patterns to detect errors.
• Prepare audit, variance, and management reports.
• Collaborate with store ops, finance, IT and Loss Prevention.
• Ensure accounts receivable and aging are up to date.
