Job summary

Prada Group in New York is seeking a Senior Sales Audit Analyst to join our finance team. You will ensure internal policies and procedures around sales and revenue comply with standards and will reconcile the Retail network's sales to funds received, while supporting cash management and daily retail operations.

Direct report to the Director of Accounts Receivable, you will partner with IT on SAP and terminal discrepancies, supervise monthly reconciliations, and help with audits and special

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Proven experience 3+ years in finance roles with retail or sales operations.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and journal entries.
• Proven reconciliation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform daily account reconciliations between POS and funds collected.
• Review monthly concession statements and reconcile sales with payments received.
• Reconcile E-Commerce and Marketplace sales to payments collected.
• Perform SAP receivable account clearings and postings.
• Monitor credit card chargebacks and coordinate with stores for documentation.
• Process customer refunds and coordinate with A/P for payment execution.
• Support month-end close and report monthly net sales to landlords.
