Range USA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate in Goodlettsville, TN to lead sales and contribute to daily store operations. You will provide a best-in-class customer experience while driving personal sales and supporting leadership with opening/closing routines and visuals.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a safety-conscious environment.
