Senior Sales Associate – Inside Sales
Location: Plainfield, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary (Bi-weekly) + Uncapped Commission (Paid Monthly)

We’re hiring a Senior Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Plainfield, IL.(Remote after Onsite training). If you’re a driven, commission-motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to earn big and grow fast. This role features no cold calling, a guaranteed base salary, and uncapped commission potential.

What You’ll Do:

Contact warm leads only through inbound/outbound calls, emails, texts, and online chat

Convert leads into customers by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication

Follow-ups and deliver outstanding post-sale support

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals

Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills

What We’re Looking For:

Sales-driven mindset with a passion for commission-based earnings

Previous experience in inside sales or a customer-focused sales role
