Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Range USA standards and meet sales metrics.
• Operations: Open/close routines, register management, and cash reconciliation.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Support inventory flow, merchandising, and ad set execution.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce firearm safety protocols and ATF regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Confidentiality: Maintain store documents and safeguard confidential information.
• Store readiness: Ensure range cleanliness and overall readiness at all times.
