You will partner with Sales, Planning, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, shaping data-driven decisions and scalable processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, planning, finance, or related commercial functions.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and Snowflake BI/reporting skills.
• Experience with forecasting and demand planning processes.
• 3+ years of leadership is preferred.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Experience within wholesale, consumer goods, footwear, apparel, or outdoor brand environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Forecasting: consolidate and maintain sales forecasts across accounts, channels, and categories.
• Reporting: develop dashboards and automated reporting tools; support executive reporting.
• Systems: act as primary administrator for sales platforms and ensure data quality.
• Cross-functional: liaison between Sales, Planning, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Team: build and develop a high-performing Sales Analytics and Planning organization.
