Job summary

Campbell’s seeks a data analytics professional for the East Grocery Snacks team. You will transform sales and market data into dashboards, scorecards, and leadership-ready insights to guide planning and prioritization.

You’ll partner with Finance, Customer Teams, and Supply Chain to drive strategic decisions, optimize resources, and tell compelling stories to senior leaders using AI-enabled tooling and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, marketing, analytics, supply chain, or related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience in CPG, sales, category management, revenue growth management, finance, supply chain, or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and AI-enabled tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on sales performance, forecast accuracy, customer trends, and opportunities.
• Build and improve dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for East Grocery Snacks leadership.
• Support development of strategic recommendations for sales planning and resource allocation.
• Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve analysis, reporting, and planning routines.
• Identify emerging business questions and performance gaps before they become urgent.
• Translate data into dashboards and leadership-ready views for faster decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Teams, and Supply Chain on integrated planning analysis.
• Synthesize data into narratives and presentations for senior audiences.
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by sales leadership.
• Improve planning tools, processes, and analytical standards.
