Campbell Soup Supply is seeking a data-driven analyst to serve as the analytical and operational partner to the Vice President of Regional Customer, East (Snacks). The role spans the full East Grocery Snacks team and focuses on turning data into insights, building scalable reporting tools, and surfacing business needs and opportunities to enable quick, informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; 4+ years of relevant experience in CPG, sales, category management, revenue growth management, finance, supply chain, or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating sales, shipment, consumption, POS, and customer data into insights.
• Technology-forward mindset with ability to incorporate emerging tools, automation, and AI capabilities into daily work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on sales performance, forecast accuracy, customer trends, and commercial opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for East Grocery Snacks leadership routines.
• Support development of strategic recommendations for sales planning, resource allocation, and commercial priorities.
• Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced technology to improve analysis, reporting, planning routines, and team efficiency.
• Identify emerging business questions, customer demands, performance gaps, and recommended next steps.
• Translate data into dashboards and leadership-ready views for faster decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Customer Teams, and Supply Chain on integrated planning analysis.
• Synthesize internal and external data into clear narratives for senior audiences.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by sales leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning tools, processes, and analytical standards.
