Campbell's is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead hands-on development of advanced analytics solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will partner with leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to transform complex data into scalable analytics products.

You will deploy and monitor production models, mentor junior data scientists, and help shape analytics standards while communicating insights to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.

Formación

• Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, operations research, or related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years hands-on analytics, ML, and statistical models in production.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, supervised/unsupervised learning, forecasting, experimentation, causal inference, optimization.
• Advanced Python and/or R with scalable, modular, tested, version-controlled solutions.
• 2+ years SQL and data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, etc.
• Experience with ML libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, statsmodels.
• Experience with MLOps and software engineering practices: Git, Docker, MLflow, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Ability to design experiments, quantify impact, and present to tech and non-tech audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication; mentoring.
• Experience contributing to analytics standards and training across org.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development of advanced analytics solutions (ML, DL, AI, optimization, data mining).
• Translate unstructured data into actionable insights with reproducibility and governance.
• Own deployment and lifecycle management of production models with CI/CD and monitoring.
• Partner with supply chain, finance, marketing, sales, and R&D to drive ROI.
• Design experiments and A/B tests to evaluate business initiatives.
• Create visualizations and narratives for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve platforms and tooling.
• Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and guidance.
• Develop reusable analytics assets and documentation across the organization.
