The Campbell's Company is seeking a data analytics partner to the Vice President of Regional Customer, East (Snacks). The role spans turning data into insights, building scalable dashboards, and surfacing business needs that help the team respond to evolving customer priorities.

This remote position aligns with Eastern/central time zones. You will analyze sales performance, forecast accuracy, and customer trends, while developing strategic recommendations for sales planning and resource

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in CPG, sales, category management, revenue growth management, finance, supply chain, or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Circana, NielsenIQ, TPM, or similar tools.
• Tech-forward mindset to incorporate AI and automation in daily work.
• Understanding of forecasting, trade analysis, and scorecarding.
• Strong storytelling for senior audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze sales performance, forecast accuracy, customer trends, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for East Grocery Snacks leadership routines.
• Support strategic recommendations for sales planning, resource allocation, and commercial priorities.
• Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced tech to improve analysis and planning routines.
• Translate data into dashboards and leadership-ready views for faster decisions.
