Campbell's is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in the United States to lead hands-on analytics initiatives, partnering with business units to transform complex challenges into scalable analytics products. You will mentor teammates and drive production-ready ML solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and R&D, deploying models with robust governance and monitoring in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in Statistics, CS, Math, Engineering, OR related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on analytics, ML, and statistical models in production.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, forecasting, experimentation, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R with scalable, tested analytics solutions.
• 2+ years of SQL and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark).
• Experience with libraries: pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM.
• Experience with MLOps and software engineering best practices (Git, Docker, MLflow, CI/CD).
• Ability to design experiments, measure success, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development of advanced analytics, ML, AI, and optimization solutions.
• Translate data into actionable insights through data sourcing, cleansing, and engineering.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of production models with CI/CD and drift detection.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to deliver measurable ROI.
• Design experiments and A/B testing to evaluate business initiatives.
• Create compelling visualizations and narratives for senior leadership.
• Work with data engineering to enhance platforms and evaluate new technologies.
• Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and guidance.
• Contribute to analytics standards, documentation, and training programs.
