Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a data operations analyst to own POS data management, reporting across retail partners, and data integrity within SAP-based ERP and BI tools.

You will support onboarding of reporting partners, perform data cleansing, analyze sales trends, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, IT and vendors to ensure accurate, timely insights. This full-time role requires 4+ years in sales operations or analytics and a Bachelor's degree; familiarity with Tableau/Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or a related role
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and data reporting across retail partners

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain daily POS reporting across retail partners
• Monitor retailer reporting status and investigate data delays or anomalies
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of reporting partners
• Manage SKU-to-material mappings in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Perform data cleansing to ensure reporting accuracy
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Sales, Finance and leadership
• Analyze sales trends and provide historical insights
• Administer data connections and integrations across BI/CRM/ETL tools
• Coordinate with vendors on data and contract renewals
• Champion data governance to ensure consistency across systems
