Job summary

Xometry, a leader in on-demand manufacturing, is seeking an analytics leader to own Sales analytics end-to-end. You will architect dashboards, build quota and forecasting models, and partner with VP- and C-level stakeholders to define the right metrics.

This role requires deep technical fluency and strong business judgment to drive revenue decisions. You'll collaborate across Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, and Finance to ensure data integrity, governance, and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL with complex joins and window functions.
• Hands-on Looker/LookML experience including data modeling and semantic layers.
• Strong Excel/Sheets modeling abilities for multi-scenario forecasts.
• Familiarity with CRM data flows (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven storytelling.
• Solid grasp of forecasting, trend/cohort analysis, and variance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership and executives to define key metrics and quota strategy.
• Translate open-ended business questions into structured analyses.
• Own architecture and governance of dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
• Design and refine sales performance and quota models; drive forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and mature forecasting methods with statistical rigor.
• Set analytics standards and mentor junior analysts across teams.
• Identify data risks and opportunities; ensure a single source of truth.
