Job summary

Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing platform, seeks an analytics leader to own Sales analytics end-to-end. You will architect the data ecosystem, define quota and forecasting models, and partner with VP and C-level stakeholders to drive revenue decisions.

You will translate open-ended business questions into structured analyses, set reporting standards, mentor analysts, and shape the analytics roadmap as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales analytics, forecasting, or GTM strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Looker/LookML.
• Strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM data flows.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data.

Responsibilities

• Define key metrics and surface strategic insights for quota, territory, headcount, and pipeline.
• Translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses.
• Own architecture and governance of Sales dashboards and reporting.
• Design and refine sales quota models and forecasts.
• Develop forecasting methods with trend and cohort analysis.
• Set analytics standards and mentor junior analysts.
