Job summary

NeoGenomics seeks a Senior Business Analyst, Sales Effectiveness, to partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams. The role improves seller productivity through analytics, dashboards, and scalable processes while supporting CRM optimization and enablement programs.

The position emphasizes translating business needs into actionable system requirements and measurement frameworks, with a focus on driving performance and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in business analysis, sales effectiveness, or related fields.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs and process flows.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM reporting, dashboards, KPI development, data modeling, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with Tableau or comparable BI tools and advanced Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs with Sales Leadership and stakeholders and deliver solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Support sales technology, processes, and performance initiatives as a strategic analyst.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, workflows, acceptance criteria, and system requirements.
• Analyze end-to-end sales processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Develop and monitor sales performance measures related to execution, adoption, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to build Salesforce/CRM dashboards and reports for performance visibility.
• Measure effectiveness of enablement programs and training with analytics.
• Support design and optimization of sales processes and technology solutions to improve seller experience.
• Develop advanced Excel-based analytical models for forecasting and planning.
