Nextpower is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to input and manage customer project data in the CRM, generate quotations and proposals, and coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance to maximize margin. You will support Account Managers and Sales Leaders, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering timely, data-driven sales outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales support experience.
• BS/BA in a business or technical field (MBA desired).
• Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience.
• Solar experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (NetSuite preferred).
• Proven analytical background.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsabilités

• Divide, follow up, and close incoming US leads with the Sales Analyst team.
• Run bid strategy meetings before quotes are released to customers.
• Lead complex multi-million dollar opportunities through the NX Sale Process.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders.
• Coordinate sales proposals with stakeholders.
• Provide input to bid strategy and create sales models.
• Track sales activities in NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM.
• Generate and present sales reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Global Sales/BD and Marketing/Product teams.
• Support Customer Care to ensure satisfaction.
