Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for Sales Accounting & Commissions, a key member of the General Accounting team in Cleveland, OH.

You will manage complex balance sheet reconciliations, support month-end close, administer commission processes, and provide financial reporting and internal control support for the Order-to-Cash cycle. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in accounting/finance, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance or accounting field.
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• MS Office with proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end close activities and prepare journal entries.
• Review AR balances and related activity for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve system and transaction issues and support commission accruals.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reporting and analyses and drive process improvements.
