Job summary

The Intercompany Analyst role at Sherwin-Williams Co. supports analysis and reconciliation of intercompany transactions, month-end close activities, and ongoing process improvements. Location is at the Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. Travel is ~10% and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intercompany workbench processes across NA entities.
• Maintain monthly intercompany statements and monitor aging.
• Manage manual intercompany invoicing and evaluate processes for efficiency.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare manual journal entries for month-end close and reconciliations.
• Participate in Finance & Business Transformation initiatives.
