Job summary

Sun Recruiting - The Chemical Specialists is seeking a senior marketing and sales leader to drive growth for specialty polyester resins and elastomers across automotive, coatings, and consumer markets.

You will guide cross-functional teams with technical and R&D colleagues, identify and develop new customers and applications, and build market intelligence to support pricing and regulatory decisions, travelling to expand key accounts globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in specialty polymers, elastomers, or related materials with commercial judgment to grow markets and accounts.
• Proven marketing or sales experience in a materials manufacturing environment, involving coatings, adhesives, or hot-melt technologies.
• Strong business development background with strategic marketing, technical sales, or application support.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and sales activity for specialty polyester resins and elastomers across relevant customer segments.
• Develop new customers, markets, and applications including coatings, adhesives, hot melts, automotive components, wire and cable, and consumer goods.
• Plan and execute projects with OEMs and global brands to expand use of company materials in finished products.
• Build and maintain market intelligence on demand trends, pricing, regulations, and customer policies.
• Partner with technical and R&D teams to support product development, trials, qualification work, and troubleshooting.
• Create customer-facing technical and commercial materials, including presentations and product information.
