Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to lead Identity Governance and Administration efforts using SailPoint IdentityIQ across the enterprise. You will design, implement, and optimize IAM capabilities, integrate with Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms, and partner with security and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience, strong Java/ scripting skills, and a deep understanding of provisioning,

Qualifications

• 7+ years SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, customization and integration.
• Strong expertise in IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications and RBAC.
• Knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OAuth and OIDC and related security concepts.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with AD/LDAP, databases and cloud apps.
• Java/Beanshell/REST APIs; SailPoint customization frameworks.
• Scripting with PowerShell or Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into SailPoint workflows and rules.
• Configure workflows, lifecycle events, access requests, certifications and policies.
• Integrate SailPoint with AD, LDAP, databases, web apps and cloud platforms.
• Manage identities, entitlements, provisioning, de-provisioning and revocation.
• Implement RBAC, SoD and governance controls.
• Support platform upgrades, patches and disaster recovery.
• Develop automation scripts and custom components.
• Support audit, governance and compliance initiatives with reports and evidence.
• Maintain technical docs and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, Infrastructure and App teams.
