Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and administration.
• Strong expertise in IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications.
• Knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, SSO, MFA.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with AD, LDAP, databases, apps, and cloud platforms.
• Development with Java, Beanshell, REST APIs, and SailPoint customization.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with audit, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Translate business requirements into SailPoint workflows and rules.
• Configure workflows, lifecycle events, access requests, and policies.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise apps, AD/LDAP, and cloud platforms.
• Manage user identities, roles, entitlements, and provisioning lifecycles.
• Support RBAC, SoD, certifications, and governance controls.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery activities.
• Develop automation scripts and custom components.
• Contribute to auditing, reporting, and remediation efforts.
• Maintain technical documentation and implementation guides.
