Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to design, implement, and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ across the enterprise. You will focus on identity lifecycle, provisioning, access governance, and compliance, partnering with security, IAM, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in IGA and strong development skills in Java and scripting, with responsibilities spanning configuration, integration, and ongoing platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and administration.
• Strong expertise in IGA, IAM concepts, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience provisioning, deprovisioning, access certifications, and RBAC management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across the organization.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SailPoint workflows and technical solutions.
• Configure SailPoint components including workflows, lifecycle events, access requests, certifications, and policies.
• Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, web services, cloud platforms, and target systems.
• Manage user identities, roles, entitlements, access requests, provisioning, and de-provisioning.
• Implement RBAC, SoD, and governance controls; support upgrades and disaster recovery.
• Develop automation scripts using Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, Python, and SailPoint frameworks.
• Support audit, governance, and compliance through reporting and remediation activities.
