Job summary

Cognizant's Cloud Infrastructure & Security Services Practice in Michigan is seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer. You will lead design, development, and integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ, driving identity governance across the enterprise and partnering with security, IAM, and infrastructure teams.

You will implement lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, and compliance processes, build automation with Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, Python, and support upgrades and audits while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, customization, integration, and administration.
• Strong expertise in IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience provisioning, de-provisioning, entitlement management, and role management.
• Knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, SSO, MFA and related identity security concepts.
• Hands-on integration of SailPoint with AD, LDAP, databases, apps, cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions and governance processes.
• Translate business requirements into SailPoint workflows and technical solutions.
• Configure and customize workflows, lifecycle events, access requests, certifications, policies, and integrations.
• Integrate SailPoint with AD, LDAP, web services, databases, cloud platforms, and APIs.
• Manage user identities, roles, entitlements, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access revocation.
• Implement RBAC, access certifications, SoD, and governance controls.
• Support SailPoint upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery activities.
• Develop automation scripts using Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, and Python.
• Support audit, compliance, governance initiatives with reporting and evidence gathering.
• Maintain technical docs, guides, workflow diagrams, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams on identity governance.
