Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and deploy IdentityIQ-based IAM solutions. You will work with business, security, and infra teams to implement lifecycle management, provisioning, and governance across systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience (implementation, customization, integration, admin).
• Strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and IAM concepts.
• Experience provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, entitlement management, and role management.
• Knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), RBAC, SSO, MFA.
• Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, web apps, cloud platforms.
• Strong development experience using Java, Beanshell, REST APIs, web services, and SailPoint frameworks.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.
• Knowledge of audit, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements in identity management.
• Experience planning and executing SailPoint upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions including lifecycle management and provisioning.
• Translate business requirements into SailPoint workflows and technical solutions.
• Configure SailPoint components: workflows, lifecycle events, access requests, certifications, policies, integrations.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise apps, AD, LDAP, web services, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Manage user identities, roles, entitlements, access requests, provisioning, and de-provisioning.
• Implement RBAC, access certifications, SoD, and governance controls.
• Support SailPoint upgrades, patches, and maintenance; assist disaster recovery activities.
• Develop automation scripts and custom components using Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, Python.
• Support audit, compliance programs through reporting, certifications, and evidence gathering.
