Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to lead SailPoint configuration, integration, and onboarding at scale, driving provisioning and governance tasks.

You will design forms, optimize scripts, and automate provisioning across a 600+ app pipeline, collaborating with application owners and stakeholders.

This role offers remote work aligned to German hours, requires strong RBAC knowledge and English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring SailPoint IGA (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
• Ability to write clean PowerShell scripts and leverage AI assistants.
• Experience reading, writing, and editing JSON and XML configurations.
• Experience with JDBC, LDAP, AD, and REST/SCIM APIs.
• Understanding IAM RBAC, identity mapping, and governance lifecycles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into tech configs.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and end-to-end integration of target applications into SailPoint platform.
• Create and manage an application pipeline with 600+ apps.
• Design, test, and implement dynamic user-facing access request forms with validation.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts using AI tools for connectors.
• Handle data aggregation and automate provisioning workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve errors related to data aggregation, connectivity, APIs and provisioning.
• Map complex permissions into SailPoint configurations.
• Interface with application owners and stakeholders during onboarding.
• Report progress and outcomes to the customer's Chief Security Officer.
